Muhammet Tokgöz has built a distinguished career in the legal world, graduating with honors from the Faculty of Law at Marmara University. He reinforced his high academic competence with a Master’s degree in Law from the Social Sciences Faculty of Marmara University, and further enhanced his global legal vision with a Master’s degree in International Maritime Law from the IMO International Maritime Law Institute. Currently, he is taking his academic depth to the highest level with a Ph.D. in Public Law at Istanbul University’s Institute of Social Sciences.

Throughout his legal career, he served for many years as Chief Legal Counsel for a globally recognized foreign capital group in the maritime transport industry, where his extraordinary success quickly propelled him to the top. Since 2004, he has been providing services as a founding partner of Tokgöz & Partners, a highly esteemed, Istanbul-based law firm with an international reputation, and as a lawyer registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. He has offered deep expertise and exceptional professionalism in advising his clients, particularly in the fields of maritime law, mergers and acquisitions, sale and purchase agreements, and drafting and negotiating loan agreements.
