Mustafa Kaan Öğreden built his legal knowledge and experience upon graduating from Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law and successfully completed the LL.M. program in Capital Markets and Commercial Law at the same university in 2013. After spending the first four years of his professional career in Istanbul, he utilized the experience gained during this period to establish his own law firm, Öğreden Law Firm (OLF), in Antalya, where he continues to practice. To enhance his education and professional development on an international scale, Öğreden studied at Ese School of Malta and actively participated in the Mediation Summit (I and II Terms) organized by Istanbul University. He also furthered his expertise in arbitration by completing the Arbitration Advocacy training provided by the Turkish Bar Association (TBB). In addition, Öğreden attended the ‘General Assembly in Joint-Stock Companies’ seminar at Istanbul University and deepened his knowledge of corporate governance principles through his education at Bahçeşehir University.
