Başak Özge Savcıoğlu Tokgöz graduated from Istanbul Commerce University Faculty of Law in 2007 and later completed her master’s degree at the same university. She actively took part in the Istanbul Bar Association’s Women’s Rights Center. She has played a significant role in resolving family law disputes of both domestic and foreign clients. In 2008, she was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association. From the early years of her career, she has focused on Family Law and Criminal Law, gaining in-depth knowledge and experience in these areas.

After receiving her license, she worked at prestigious and reputable law firms, where she participated in significant family and criminal cases. She achieved notable successes for her clients in many critical cases closely followed by the public. Particularly in matters such as divorce, custody, alimony, liquidation of property regimes, recognition and enforcement, domestic violence, and inheritance, she has specialized in protecting her clients’ rights.

Thanks to her early success, she quickly rose to the position of Managing Attorney in the law firms where she worked and played an active role in their organizational structures. In these positions, she led the structuring and development of Family and Criminal Law departments, gaining attention for her expertise in case strategy formulation. Her advanced negotiation skills, solution-oriented approach, and strong professional discipline have been key to both the services she provided to her clients and her management success within the team.

Since the early 2010s, she has closely followed developments in the industry and integrated innovative legal approaches into her practice, developing more modern and effective methods in legal consultancy and litigation processes. During this period, she took a significant step in her career by becoming one of the founding partners of Tokgöz & Partners Law Firm. As a founding partner, she played an active role in strategic decision-making within the firm and led the establishment of the family and criminal law departments.

With over 15 years of experience and extensive expertise in law, she offers a unique perspective at Tokgöz & Partners, both in case management and client relations. Specializing in family law and criminal law, she contributes to the growth and development of the law firm as a founding partner and serves as a guiding mentor for her clients in legal processes.

By embracing continuous learning and development in her professional life, she also participates in sectoral training programs and shares her knowledge and experience by mentoring the new generation of lawyers.
